Pas de panique. Juste&#8230; de la r\u00e9signation.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019\u00e9tais assise dans la salle de r\u00e9union avec une \u00e9quipe de direction que je respecte \u00e9norm\u00e9ment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des gens brillants, comp\u00e9tents, tourn\u00e9s vers l\u2019avenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais cette fois-ci ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On les sentait \u00e9puis\u00e9s.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pas physiquement. Plus que \u00e7a. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parce qu\u2019on est au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre, et l\u2019incertitude est devenue l\u2019air qu\u2019on respire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les march\u00e9s sont nerveux. Les pr\u00e9visions floues. Les budgets ? Pouf.   <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et quelque part entre les licenciements, les virages strat\u00e9giques et les plans B,<br \/>quelque chose de fondamental est en train de s\u2019\u00e9roder :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>la confiance en notre propre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 diriger.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je ne parle pas de la confiance des autres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je parle de la n\u00f4tre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soyons honn\u00eates&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu as probablement eu, toi aussi, des moments cette ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 tu as tout remis en question.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce qu\u2019on doit foncer ou attendre encore un peu ?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est-ce qu\u2019on prend le risque ou on reste prudent ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et le pire dans tout \u00e7a ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eame ne rien faire semble risqu\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alors si tu h\u00e9sites, tu es dans le doute, en mode \u201cattente\u201d \u2014<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Welcome to the club!<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais voil\u00e0 ce que peu de gens osent dire \u00e0 voix haute :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>L\u2019incertitude n\u2019est pas la menace. C\u2019est le terrain d\u2019entra\u00eenement. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parce que cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u2014<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 permanente, cette pression, cette instabilit\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est exactement ce qui fa\u00e7onne les leaders solides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pas celles et ceux qui appliquent les m\u00eames recettes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celles et ceux qui <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cr\u00e9ent<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> les leurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et c\u2019est justement l\u00e0 que plusieurs organisations passent \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elles essaient de survivre cette ann\u00e9e avec des mod\u00e8les pens\u00e9s pour 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des plans bas\u00e9s sur la stabilit\u00e9.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des fa\u00e7ons de g\u00e9rer ancr\u00e9es dans le pass\u00e9.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des \u00e9quipes form\u00e9es pour la mer calme \u2014 alors qu\u2019on est en pleine temp\u00eate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 qui d\u00e9range, c\u2019est celle-l\u00e0 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Il n&#8217;y a pas de \u00ab retour \u00e0 la normale \u00bb.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il n&#8217;y a que l&#8217;avant.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et l\u2019avant appartient \u00e0 celles et ceux qui b\u00e2tissent le pr\u00e9sent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celles et ceux qui gardent la t\u00eate claire quand la pression monte.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qui prennent des d\u00e9cisions nettes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et qui m\u00e8nent avec r\u00e9silience \u2014 pas en r\u00e9action.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce n\u2019est pas juste une phrase inspirante.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est de la neuroscience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et c\u2019est exactement ce qui distingue les cultures qui s\u2019\u00e9panouissent\u2026 des \u00e9quipes qui s\u2019\u00e9teignent \u00e0 petit feu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parce que quand plus rien n\u2019est certain, la seule vraie strat\u00e9gie, c\u2019est :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>S\u2019entra\u00eener au chaos. Agir avec calme. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pas en travaillant plus.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pas en serrant les dents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mais en transformant la fa\u00e7on dont on guide les autres.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et en b\u00e2tissant des \u00e9quipes qui ne font pas juste \u201ctenir le coup\u201d \u2014 elles cr\u00e9ent, elles innovent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est exactement ce qu\u2019on applique chaque jour chez MSP Teambuilding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et honn\u00eatement ?
