Dans ce cadre, le G500 est comparable \u00e0 une r\u00e9union annuelle de famille, \u00e0 la grande diff\u00e9rence que les sujets habituels de discorde (tel que la politique) sont remplac\u00e9s par des conf\u00e9rences de hauts calibres sur la gestion du changement ou l\u2019hypercroissance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il semble donc plus complexe de faire chanter cette famille d\u2019entrepreneurs que le tonton Jean-Yves pour qui la chanson se r\u00e9v\u00e8le une passion \u00e0 chaque party de famille.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Autant vous dire que le d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait de taille pour <a href=\"http:\/\/mspteambuilding.ca\/a-propos\/\"><span style=\"color: #1084e0;\">Claire Hayek &#8211; PDG de MSP<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #1084e0;\"><b>Plus qu&#8217;un pitch &#8211; une exp\u00e9rience unique collective<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Claire r\u00e9vise son pitch, pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pendant de nombreuses heures, Rob pr\u00e9pare le studio mobile d\u2019enregistrement, les lumi\u00e8res se tamisent, la salle fait silence, <strong>\u201cthe show is on\u201d<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le pitch commence. Claire pr\u00e9sente les forces du chant dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une culture d\u2019entreprise forte, culture \u00f4 combien importante pour la r\u00e9tention des employ\u00e9s et l\u2019optimisation de la productivit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est temps de faire passer \u00e0 l\u2019action les 522 chefs d\u2019entreprises.
