A collage of our strengths is a visual arts team-building activity that allows each person to discover their personal strengths and pool them together with those of their colleagues by collectively creating a collage. It’s a great way to encourage collaboration and creativity within a team!

A collage of our strengths allows your group to develop its collective intelligence by using creativity as a tool to communicate. Team dysfunctions and blockages become naturally apparent while creating and having fun together. These manifestations are an opportunity for you to take a step back and revise your strategy in order to adapt it to suit your team’s needs. Your only limitation is the extent of your team’s imagination!
TAILORING
Depending on the time available, some elements can be pre-cut and the size of the surface where the collage will be applied can be adapted. This program can be customized to fit your needs. Want to do a photo shoot to commemorate this activity? We can do that. Other ideas? Let us know and we will find the perfect solution together.
SPACE REQUIREMENT
An open and well-lit space to accommodate the size of the group. Tables and chairs must be available as needed. A space in front of the room dedicated to the creation of the work.
