The Laughter Yoga program offers several options. We can accommodate different group sizes and we will adapt to your needs.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- An introduction and explanation of laughter yoga
- A team of 1-2 certified laughter yoga facilitators
- Team and group discussion/sharing at the end of the activity
SPACE REQUIRED
An open room large enough to accommodate the group. The activity can take place in a conference room with comfortably seated participants or in an open space without tables or chairs. This program is very flexible and can adapt to different types of places.
