Claire Hayek is a leader who has transformed herself time and again, embodying resilience and reinvention to drive impactful change in team dynamics and leadership. With over 20 years of experience spanning project management, corporate strategy, and human connection, Claire’s journey from war-torn Lebanon to the cultural hub of Montreal led her through multiple fields and passions, from engineering to music, ultimately becoming the founder and CEO of MSP Teambuilding.

Her diverse background—rooted in engineering precision, artistic expression, and neuroscience coaching—brings a unique, transformative approach to her work. Claire’s programs blend the latest in neuroscience with a deep understanding of human behavior to help teams build resilience, empathy, and long-term success. Her expertise has supported Fortune 500 clients like Amazon and Pfizer, guiding organizations to create inclusive, high-performance cultures.

Her journey and vision are captured in her keynote, “Why Not Everything? The Power of ‘Can Do’,” which inspires leaders to embrace transformation and break past limits, showing that true growth comes through embracing change, innovation, and limitless potential.

The Innovator: Marcel Samyn.

Marcel has a unique combination of technical expertise from his background in computer science, software development and consulting at KPMG, blended with a deep sense of art from playing theater, doing graphic design and studying philosophy.

Through his role as a business strategist, automation expert, and coach, Marcel is guiding MSP Teambuilding in streamlining our operations, cultivating a mindset of calm and clarity, and leveraging cutting-edge technology like Artificial Intelligence to amplify our impact. Known for his ability to bridge the gap between the technical and the philosophical, Marcel helps navigate the challenges of building a successful business while maintaining a sense of balance and purpose.
