The acronym MSP, stands for Mind Soul Purpose. It is a powerful concept in the context of employee well-being, human connections at the workplace, and company culture.
The mind refers to an employee’s mental state and cognitive abilities, the soul refers to their emotional and spiritual well-being, and the purpose relates to their sense of meaning and motivation at work. Do you offer other types of workshops? My team is not into music or arts.
We offer a diversity of programs to suit all tastes including team building games and CSR team building. Keep in mind that we have seen many teams that were not into arts and music, completely turned around and amazed with our artistic workshops after they gave it a try. The feeling of your team creating a masterpiece or recording a song together is priceless. Daring to try new challenges is also part of the game!
Do you offer online or virtual team building?
Yes we do. Our virtual team building program ‘Beyond Limits’ is designed to perfectly adapt to daily or weekly meetings, regardless of group size. It is offered in short, efficient sessions or as stand-alone longer tailored sessions to meet your needs. More information is here.
Do you have any videos or photos of your team in action?
You can find photos and videos of our activities under the different workshop pages. Video footage is made available only when our customers give us their consent to film their activity and publish it on our website and social media networks. We respect our customers’ privacy and only display photos and videos with their full consent.
How long are your workshops? How many people can you accommodate?
From 5 to 1 000+ participants, from a thirty-minute icebreaker to a whole day workshop, we have built an array of programs that accommodate different needs. We are here to work with you so we can add value to your event, and meet your team building needs and your objectives.
What is CSR Teambuilding?
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs are activities that develop your team’s emotional intelligence and the feeling of being part of a bigger cause whether through altruism or through innovative initiatives within your company. we also offer CSR programs to favor health and wellbeing at the workplace such as ‘Laughter Yoga‘ and ‘Green Wall‘ and more.
Our program ‘Change Squad‘ is based on volunteering in your community to help make a positive difference in the lives of people who need it the most: collect and donate food, help clean up your neighbourhood, build a community garden, tree planting and so much more.
Our program ‘Social Intrapreneurship‘ is an innovative approach based on social entrepreneurship initiatives created inside of a company by its employees. One example is an initiative led by an engineering firm that designed a bridge to help the children of a small community in Kenya get to school in 10 minutes time as opposed to one hour.

Do we need to be talented to participate in your creative workshops?
You don’t need to be an artist or an extrovert to participate in our workshops and no talent is needed. Our customers are often impressed with the high level of participation and engagement that we get with our programs regardless of talent level.
