With over 25 years of experience supporting people, teams, and organizations with their growth and development, Karen has worked with managers and employees in the public, private, and non-profit sectors throughout Canada and across the globe.

Karen has provided invaluable consulting, training, and coaching services across a variety of industries and cultures, including educational institutions, private sector organizations, and governments. She has demonstrated expert knowledge in leadership development, anti-racism and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and is highly regarded for her ability to create successful initiatives and foster meaningful change.

As a Trinidadian Canadian, Karen has extensive international experience working in countries around the world. She has designed and delivered over 1000 training seminars globally, making her highly proficient in navigating different cultural environments, allowing her to bring a unique, international perspective to any project or initiative.
