- Vocal coaching and warm-up
- Studio recording of one song featuring your team singing along a musical track. Your team will be producing their own version of the vocal track as they are coached by our musical team building singer/facilitator.
- Renowned team of professional musical team building facilitators, singers-songwriters and musicians. Program includes a minimum of 2 facilitators: facilitator/singer and studio engineer
- Final mix of the song
- Secure online link to download the song mix to share with your team.

Together as One musical team building activity is specifically designed to help people realize that they can accomplish things they may not have been aware of or thought they could. It’s an excellent way to put into practice your team listening skills, ability to focus on each other’s strength in order to produce the perfect song version representing your team energy and style. This program brings co-workers together while injecting passion, confidence, and fun back to the workplace. And most importantly, NO TALENT IS NEEDED!

DURATION: 1 hour
TAILORING
Lots of options for this program. Want a red carpet photoshoot with accessories? We got that. Want to do the activity in a real recording, we got that too! What about a choreography for your team or a music video? This could be the start of something big.
SPACE REQUIREMENT
A room where participants can be seated in groups, in a semi-circle or theater style. A space in front of the room required for studio and microphone set-up (10′ x 5′). Remember we will be recording you live therefore noisy venues are not recommended. A conference room or rental space makes a great venue for this program. We offer the option of doing this activity in a real recording studio. Make sure you ask us about it when you contact us!
