Team Negotiation Workshop

Our Negotiation Workshop offers a comprehensive hands-on approach to negotiation facilitated by Pablo Restrepo, a renowned expert in the field. Most people believe negotiation is only tactical; they focus mainly on persuasion, and at best, on building trust. Negotiation is so much more than that.

Good negotiators focus on the process, not on the outcome. This workshop is focused on hands-on negotiation tools with practise scenarios where participants learn to apply their learning in a team setting.

The greatest obstacle to acquiring new skills is our belief in our old approach. The program is designed to debunk the central false myths we face in negotiation so participants can walk away with an effective successful approach to negotiations while getting to know their colleagues.
