The Innovation that Rhymes package is a fun musical team building that challenges your team into re-writing song lyrics to a popular song of your choice. An excellent way to bond and boost team creativity.

Innovation that Rhymes Team Building program offers many options. We accommodate different group sizes and will customize the package to fit your needs.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Vocal coaching and warm-up
Re-writing the lyrics of a popular song assisted by our musical team building singer-songwriter
Studio recording of your chosen song featuring your team singing the modified lyrics on a musical track. Your team will be producing their own version of the vocal track as they are coached by our musical team building singer/facilitator.
Renowned team of professional music animators, singers-songwriters and musicians. Program includes a minimum of 2 facilitators: animator/singer and studio engineer
Final mix of the song
Secure online link to download the song mix to share with your team.

SPACE REQUIREMENT

A room where participants can be seated in groups, or in aa semi-circle or theater style. A space in front of the room required for studio and microphone set-up (10′ x 5′). Remember we will be recording you live therefore noisy venues are not recommended. A conference room or rental space makes a great venue for this program. We offer the option of doing this activity in a real recording studio. Make sure you ask us about it when you contact us!

TAILORING
Lots of options for this program. Want a red carpet photoshoot with accessories? We got that. Want to do the activity in a real recording, we got that too! What about a choreography for your team or a music video? This could be the start of something big.

Claire et toute son équipe nous ont fait passer un agréable moment en Avril dernier (dans le cadre du programme EMBA de McGill – HEC Montréal). J’ai découvert une chanson qui existait, pourtant, depuis de lustres. L’activité a été autour de la collaboration et cela nous a bien fait prendre conscience des avantages d’une équipe collaboratrice. Je vous recommande vivement les services de Claire.

Chanter une chanson peut sembler anodin, mais quand on nous demande de réécrire les paroles avec des mots ayant eu un impact lors nos récents apprentissages et de la chanter à nouveau avec nos collègues, le résultant est tout simplement incroyable. Super exercice de collaboration. « Stand by me » n’aura plus jamais la même signification pour moi ! Merci, Claire Hayek et toute ton équipe de MSP Teambuilding pour ce beau cadeau.
